Lynn was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, and is enrolled as a member of the Suquamish Tribe of Washington. She attended Portland State University and graduated with a bachelor of science in psychology and minor in child, family, and youth studies. Her studies included Native American psychology, child development, and family services, touching on topics such as substance abuse and trauma. From her studies and previous work in the HOA industry, Lynn brings to NICWA a focus and dedicated passion for assisting children and their families.
